Meet Wills Moore

Founder and CEO

Wills Moore is the CEO of Agilitas Consulting. He is a purpose-driven leader with more than 30 years of experience in multiple human resources disciplines including executive coaching, recruiting, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational transformation. Before launching Agilitas in 2020, Wills served as an Executive Search Consultant with Korn Ferry – the world’s largest talent advisory firm. Prior to Korn Ferry, Wills served in HR leadership roles with The Coca-Cola Company, Cox Enterprises and Care USA. Earlier in his career, he and his family spent 6 years living and working in Belgium and Switzerland.

Wills began his professional career as an entrepreneur, building a multi-location retail business that grew to more than 100 employees. Wills speaks business-level German and French and has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Georgia State University. Most importantly, Wills is married to Tracy and has 2 children (Maxine & Alex).
